Puppy Training
Getting a new puppy is a huge step and there is a lot to take into consideration from management of the home environment to keep the puppy safe, to foundation training and proper socialisation. You can book a Pre-Puppy consultation before you purchase a puppy to discuss what would best work for you and your family and to make sure your home is ready.

Our puppy packages for dogs under 6 months of age are aimed at giving your new family pet the best start in life and to help you through this tricky stage. All packages include an initial consultation to establish what your family needs and a training programme with follow up visits. These are bespoke sessions (with the exception of Puppy Class @Home) and as such we will work on yours and your puppy's personal requirements.

As our puppy training packages include home visits, we can start working with you as soon as your puppy comes home - no need to wait for vaccinations to be completed.
We also offer puppy group training classes that offer immediate start (subject to availability). This class teaches all the basics to your puppy whilst also giving them the chance to learn to focus on you when other people and dogs are around and allowing for them and you to learn about appropriate interactions with dogs and people.

For dogs over 6 months, our regular one to one sessions are also available, along with our Beginners Class.

Puppy Training Group Classes
Our Pawsitive Puppy Foundations classes run in Brampton Bierlow (Saturday), Mexborough (Tuesday) and Sprotbrough (Friday).
We offer a rolling class format so that you can start at any point in the course subject to availability and you can attend for as many weeks as you would like. Booking passes are available for 4 or 8 weeks at a discounted rate. You can book online via the button below.

The class is on an 8 week rotation and with new dogs and training tailored to your goals, there is always something new to learn if you attend a session more than once. Completing any 8 weeks of training will earn your pup an achievement certificate and their photo on our wall of fame.

After Pawsitive Puppy Foundations, you can move onto Pawsitive Progression Class to start teaching your dog to work around more distractions and to develop their skills further.
